In order for a person to be confident, they must first figure out who they are as a person. If a person doesn’t understand their strengths and never tries to tone and sharpen these strengths then that person will never be the best that they can be. Sandra knows herself in and out, she understands body language and what she needs the most right now is some inner self-care.
